I recently had a delightful stay at a hotel in Heidelberg. the value for money was exceptional as the prices were very reasonable. The attention to detail was evident throughout my stay, from the well-maintained rooms to the beautiful garden where I could relax. The friendly and helpful staff provided excellent service, making me feel right at home. Additionally, the basic amenities provided, such as the TV in the room and the comfortable beds, ensured a pleasant and enjoyable stay. Lastly, the breakfast spread was delicious, offering a variety of mouthwatering dishes to kickstart the day.

Parking challenge afternoon, bed mattress were too soft [ got up in the morning with back pain ] , going up the stairs [ no elevator] with heavy suitcase is not comfortable . the room is missing a desk and chairs .

Location was great, close to public transit and in a central area. Room was clean and well-maintained throughout my stay. The breakfast spread was amazing and one of the best I've had.

The walls were extremely thin, and I could hear everything from my neighboring rooms. The Wi-Fi was also quite slow and unreliable, making it difficult to get work done.

Great location! Close to public transportation and a market. The hotel had clean and comfortable rooms with wonderful beds. The staff were friendly and attentive.

Located outside the city center, very convenient to public transport. Loved the decor, rooms were basic but all you needed for a good night's rest. Decent breakfast, not super extensive, but good selection nonetheless. Don't expect luxury, but good value for money for a hotel in its class. Staff was very friendly.

No elevator. Not a problem for us, but if you have mobility issues, you will need to climb at least one flight of stairs (we were on the top floor so it was good exercise!). Walls were a bit thin and we could hear the neighbors nightly escapades and the cleaning lady's vacuum in the morning. We left our room late morning on the second day, so our room was not cleaned, but for 2-night stay it wasn't a problem.

We were given a standard room although I had booked a Deluxe. I had to insist to get the room I wanted, and the manager complained I should have booked directly. Far from center, noisy, tiny bathroom, but far from cheap.

Staff tremendous, helpful and friendly. Comfortable beds and good room layout. Charming old building, well-maintained. Good parking options and convenient location.

Couldn't stay longer.

The hotel is situated in an excellent location, just across from a lively market where you can find everything you need. Tram line 24 takes you straight to the centre of the city in just a few minutes. The rooms are comfortable and come with a nice bathroom. The staff is welcoming and will help you with anything you need. Breakfast is delicious and reasonably priced. Even in a busy area, the noise levels are low.

The parking situation around the hotel could be better, and it may be tricky to find a spot nearby.
